What to expect:

We’re a down to earth group of professionals with decades of experience renovating communication activity and strategies to bring unity to organizations, fuel growth and make a sustainable impact. The thing that makes us different? We keep it simple. We show you how to use what you already have; better. You don't need a complicated, multi-page PDF or another binder that collects dust on a shelf. You need early wins and reasonable action steps that make sense for your role, your team and your organization.

Another thing that sets us apart? Every one of us have been there; in the trenches and leading teams. We’ve weathered seasons under the demand for more and the struggle to stay current on new technology and trends with no time, no budget and no consensus. And, we found a way through to the other side. We love helping others get there, too.

With seasoned and extensive field experience; our approach is proven:

  • We spend time in the behind the scenes work; treating the operational source of the pain not the symptoms. That focus produces simple frameworks anyone can use to build momentum and foundational behaviors that bring people, projects and congregations together for the long run.

  • We don’t recommend solutions or next steps that require adding more - more money, more staff, more products. We find ways to help you better steward and reinvent what you already have better first and thrive finding the options and turnarounds available within your existing teams and resources. That’s what always yields the biggest returns.

  • We help you get traction right away with easy, early wins customized for you, the players on your team and distinct organizational goals. We right-size plans to remove the clutter tripping you up, bogging you down and blocking your message.

Kem Meyer’s quick ability to identify common ground and group like-content together is the key to her work and she, honestly, can’t turn it off. Those who know her best attest to her addiction to simplifying complexity everywhere she goes, editing everything she reads and proposing new workflows for every environment she experiences. It’s a blessing and a curse and it’s bigger than her day job.

She has spent three decades working with small business, big business, not for profit, tech, finance, PR, advertising, schools and churches. They all have issues with communications; for better and worse. And, learning from them all, she’s developed quite a knack for finding the simple themes that increase organizational clarity and remove barriers that get in the way of your desired message or flow.

While Kem spends her time working in all industry sectors, she wrote Less Chaos. Less Noise. and built our team out of her experience with and heart for the church. She’s empathetic to a society increasingly turning away from the church for answers because its methods and language are clumsy and difficult. And, she has seen the difference a healthy local church can make in a community. That tension is what drives her work to help more people in ministry stop adding to the confusion and start making a connection.

In addition to the work Kem does here with Less Chaos. Less Noise., she also works with some dependable partners; collaborating with teams who are the best at what they do and have the heart to follow-through like PlainJoe Studios, The Unstuck Group, the Center for Church Communication, the Center for Congregations and 95 Network.
